Job Description

Amazon is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our diverse range of projects and departments. The ideal candidate will have a knack for organization, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support including scheduling, email management, and data entry.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Manage and update customer databases and CRM systems.
• Conduct online research and gather relevant data for various projects.
• Coordinate virtual meetings and conference calls, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
• Assist in managing social media accounts and content creation.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via email and chat support.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
• Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar).
• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus.

Educational Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
