Job Summary

As an Ecom Store Chat Support agent, you'll be responsible for handling live chat customer support inquiries via our website and social media accounts. You'll work independently, closely following provided steps and instructions to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing a positive and engaging experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle live chat customer support inquiries via our website and social media accounts

  • Process orders and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide general customer service to enhance the online shopping experience
  • Work independently, closely following provided steps and instructions
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and improve our services
  • Stay up-to-date with our products and services to provide accurate information to customers

Essential Qualifications

* 10+ hours availability per week

  • Reliable internet connection
  • Device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • Ability to work independently and follow provided steps and instructions
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
