The Opportunity Description We're looking for a Customer Service Representative, working in Banking/Finance industry in Texas, United States. Experience Required for Your Success • At least High School diploma or equivalent • Minimum of 1 year call center experience required • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience required • Minimum of 2 years Computer Experience in work environment • Tech support experience is strongly preferred • Ability to multi-task and navigate between multiple windows or within web-based applications • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues • Strong written and oral communication skills • Problem-solving skills • Dedicated area to work from in your home • Internet speed requirement of 50 Mb/s for download speeds and 10 Mb/s for upload speeds (Wireless access/WIFI is not permitted) What Do You Think?
