As a Data Entry Specialist at Amazon, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in our databases and systems accurately. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our information is precise and up-to-date. Responsibilities: • Enter and update data accurately into various databases and systems • Verify data by comparing it to source documents • Review and correct data entry errors • Maintain confidentiality and security of data • Generate reports and perform data analysis as required • Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and integrity • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher preferred • Proven experience in data entry or related field • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Strong organizational and time management skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Strong written and verbal communication skills Restrictions: • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Must have a reliable internet connection • Must be able to work in a quiet and distraction-free environment Work Environment: This position is entirely remote.
