Job Summary: As a Virtual Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for American Express customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • * Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • * Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  • * Provide detailed information about American Express products and services.
  • * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • * Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • * Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
  • * Stay updated on company policies, product changes, and new services.
  • * Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • * High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • * Proven customer service experience, preferably in a virtual environment.
  • * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • * Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software.
  • * Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Experience:
  • * Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
  • * Experience working in financial services or with American Express products is a plus.
  • Working Hours:
  • * Flexible schedules available, with shifts covering 24/7 operations.
  • * May include evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet customer needs.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • * In-depth knowledge of American Express products and services.
  • * Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • * Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively.
  • * Technological proficiency in navigating various software and platforms.
