We are looking for a Remote Customer Support Advisors. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has the drive to succeed and is passionate about the Sales industry. This individual should be able to create lasting relationships with clients and have superior listening and communication skills. Associates will be responsible for selling products, seek out and engage customer prospects. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY
- Present, promote and sell products using proven sales techniques to prospective customer
- Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively.
- Address customer inquiries in a positive, friendly manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop workable business solutions to customer satisfaction issues.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalently.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
