[Remote] Account Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Körber Pharma is a leading provider of MES software for the pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing industry. They are seeking an Account Manager to manage regional client relationships, drive account growth, and ensure customer satisfaction by aligning customer needs with Körber’s solutions.

Responsibilities

  • You will own and manage a portfolio of regional accounts
  • Develop account plans and drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells for our strategic accounts
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications and escalations
  • You will collaborate with Sales Engineers and Product teams to deliver value-based solutions
  • Monitor account health and proactively address risks or opportunities
  • Represent Körber at regional industry events and client workshops

Skills

  • 2 – 4 years of experience in account management or customer success
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and build long-term relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organization and time management abilities
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication platforms
  • Able to work collaboratively across teams and departments
  • Strong understanding of pharma or life sciences industry
  • Global experience is a plus
  • Prior experience in software sales or life sciences is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or related field is preferred
