Position Overview

As a Customer Care Resolution Coordinator at arenaflex, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers, retail store partners, and internal associates. Your primary responsibility will be to handle a high volume of incoming calls, live chats, and email inquiries while navigating multiple systems and tools to provide accurate information and effective solutions. You will be expected to communicate in a professional, conversational manner in both Spanish and English, utilizing all available resources to ensure complete customer satisfaction on every interaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle High-Volume Customer Interactions: Manage a steady flow of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, retail store locations, and internal associates, providing timely and accurate responses to a wide range of inquiries.
  • Navigate Multiple Systems: Efficiently maneuver through various software platforms, databases, and internal tools to access customer information, process requests, and resolve issues on the first contact whenever possible.
  • Deliver Bilingual Support: Communicate fluently in both Spanish and English, adapting your tone and style to connect authentically with diverse customer populations across the United States.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Listen actively to customer concerns, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions that leave customers feeling valued, heard, and satisfied.
  • Maintain Quality Standards: Adhere to arenaflex's established service level agreements (SLAs), quality assurance benchmarks, and performance metrics while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Document Customer Interactions: Accurately record all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system to ensure continuity of service and support data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with peers, supervisors, and cross-functional partners to share insights, escalate complex issues, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Stay Current on Product Knowledge: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Uphold Compliance Standards: Follow all company policies, regulatory requirements, and data security protocols to protect customer information and maintain the integrity of our operations.

Essential Requirements

  • Typing Proficiency: Must be able to type a minimum of 25 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Microsoft Office Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word, with the ability to learn additional software applications quickly.
  • Educational Background: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Training Commitment: Successful completion of all mandatory training programs is required before assuming full responsibilities.
  • Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer-facing role is required, with demonstrated success in delivering exceptional service.
  • Bilingual Fluency: Fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written) is required.
  • Reliable Internet Connection: Must have a stable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions.
  • Residency Requirement: Must reside in one of the following approved states: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, or Wyoming.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Contact Center Experience: At least 6 months of experience working in a contact center, call center, or similar high-volume environment is strongly preferred.
  • Retail Experience: At least 6 months of experience in a retail setting is a plus.
  • Data Entry Experience: At least 6 months of experience with computer processing and data entry software is highly desirable.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to think critically, troubleshoot issues, and develop creative solutions in real time.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment with shifting priorities and evolving customer needs.

Work Schedule and Location
