What You'll Do as a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex

As a Customer Support Representative working remotely with arenaflex, you will be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that helps customers navigate and succeed with the products and services of our diverse client portfolio. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering Accurate Information: Provide precise, helpful information to customers by leveraging comprehensive documentation, knowledge bases, and a variety of digital tools and communication channels.
  • Answering Technical Questions: Respond to technical inquiries about multiple platforms, including web applications and mobile apps, using channels such as email, live chat, and phone calls.
  • Becoming a Product Expert: Develop deep expertise in our clients' products and customer bases by attending regular trainings, conducting independent research, and thoroughly reviewing documentation.
  • Meeting Performance Goals: Work consistently to meet and exceed established productivity and quality benchmarks while maintaining the high standards arenaflex is known for.

  • Schedule Flexibility: Able and willing to work full-time between the hours of 7:00 AM – 1:00 AM EST on a scheduled shift basis (we schedule 9-hour shifts with a 1-hour lunch and two 15-minute breaks within those hours).
  • Weekend Availability: Available to work either Saturday or Sunday as part of your regular schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional language skills beyond English (Spanish fluency is especially valued given our focus on Peru and Honduras).
  • Prior experience in customer support, client services, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, helpdesk software, or ticketing systems.
  • Experience working remotely with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
