Key Responsibilities

  • Policy Administration: Process new enrollments, policy amendments, cancellations, and renewals accurately within our proprietary systems.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a call‑center, insurance, or related environment.
  • Active Personal Lines resident insurance license (required to sell insurance in the United States).
  • High school diploma or GED; additional education in insurance, finance, or related fields is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, remote setting while maintaining accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a patient, empathetic demeanor.
