[Remote] Vice President of Operations - Dynamic Energy

Pattern Energy is on a mission to decarbonize the grid by enhancing renewable energy resources across the U.S. The Vice President of Operations will lead the execution of EPC activities, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead EPC project execution across solar, EV, and energy storage projects
- Provide leadership and mentorship across project and construction teams
- Drive operational processes and execution consistency
- Coordinate stakeholders and escalate risks
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field
- 8–12 years EPC experience with renewable energy projects
- 4+ years leadership experience
- Strong expertise in project delivery, cost control, and subcontractor coordination
- Knowledge of BESS, EV infrastructure, and solar construction
