[Remote] Customer Service Advocate
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Gerber Life Insurance Company has been helping families build financial protection for over 50 years. They are looking for licensed, customer and sales-focused life insurance professionals to help customers secure meaningful protection through consultative sales and high-quality service.
Responsibilities
- Drive consultative life insurance sales through inbound calls with existing and prospective customers
- Conduct thorough coverage reviews, identify gaps, and recommend the appropriate Gerber Life products to meet each customer’s financial protection needs
- Confidently guide customers through the application and purchase process, overcoming objections and closing opportunities on eligible calls
- Provide high-quality service while completing policy changes, processing payments, and managing account requests
- Maintain strong compliance standards while consistently working toward individual and team sales goals
Skills
- Active Life, Accident, and Health License in your resident state
- Ability to obtain additional non-resident licenses within 60 days (Completed through Gerber Life Insurance)
- 1–2+ years of life insurance, financial services, or high-volume sales experience
- Prior contact center or insurance experience
- Demonstrated ability to sell, cross-sell, and close in a consultative environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for customers
- Proven success working in fast-paced environments with measurable performance goals
