[Remote] Project Management Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Avicado is a technology consultancy focused on enhancing clients' experiences through cloud-based tools and applications. They are seeking a Project Management Consultant to oversee successful software project delivery, develop project plans, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work in complex and ambiguous environments
• Develop and execute project plans in collaboration with your client by outlining project milestones, tasks, and resource allocation
• Communicate effectively and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
• Identify and communicate potential risks to the project outcome
• Deliver quality deliverables on time to maintain a high standard throughout a project
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports, maintain comprehensive project documentation, and analyze project data and metrics

Skills

• 2 to 5 Years Technical Project Management in technology software implementation and lifecycle management
• Ability to advise clients with confidence in ambiguous and complex environments
• Ability to ramp up quickly and learn new technologies with minimal lag time
• Self-motivated, proactive and proven ability to adapt well and work with various team styles
• High EQ and responsive approach
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to tailor communication to your stakeholders
• Ability to adapt, handle and demonstrate flexibility with varied projects
• Familiarity with various schedule and project management tools (ex: Notion, Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.)
• Familiarity with e-builder, Procore, Tableau, Power BI or Microsoft 365
• Construction, Real Estate or Technology experience
• Consulting experience
• Worked with complex business organizations
• Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams in order to drive innovation and unique solutions
