[Remote] Business Development Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self-motivated Business Development Manager to join its team in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity. The role focuses on expanding the NVIDIA ecosystem and driving the adoption of NVIDIA’s technologies across HCLTech’s partner ecosystem, while building strategic partnerships and promoting integration of advanced technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a business development strategy for NVIDIA-powered solutions across HCLTech’s partner ecosystem in Europe
- Identify, build, and manage relationships with key ecosystem partners (ISVs, OEMs, cloud providers, system integrators, etc.) to integrate and scale NVIDIA technologies in joint solutions
- Foster and grow strategic partnerships with leading partners in key verticals such as AI/ML, data centers, automotive, gaming, healthcare, and telecommunications
- Work closely with the NVIDIA partner team to align on joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives and deliver mutual business goals across the partner ecosystem
- Support the sales teams by providing enablement resources, including business case development, ROI models, technical documentation, and sales collateral related to NVIDIA solutions
- Develop customized value propositions for target accounts and drive conversations with key decision-makers within partner organizations
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop high-impact presentations, solution briefs, and joint offerings that leverage NVIDIA’s AI, GPUs, CUDA, Omniverse, and Deep Learning SDKs
- Lead customer meetings, demonstrations, and workshops to articulate the benefits and unique value of NVIDIA-powered solutions in solving complex business challenges
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders to drive mutual growth within the NVIDIA ecosystem
- Work closely with partners to identify and address market needs, co-create solutions, and drive joint marketing and sales efforts
- Cultivate and expand partnerships with new and existing players in the cloud, edge, and AI spaces to accelerate NVIDIA’s market penetration in Europe
- Foster strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers at partner organizations to facilitate strategic collaboration and solution development
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with NVIDIA to increase adoption and visibility of NVIDIA-based solutions within the European market
- Collaborate with NVIDIA’s sales and marketing teams to drive co-branded campaigns, webinars, events, and other GTM initiatives designed to raise awareness and generate new leads
- Represent HCLTech at major industry events, conferences, and forums, showcasing joint solutions with NVIDIA and positioning HCLTech as a leader in the AI/ML and high-performance computing (HPC) space
- Execute on key customer accounts by developing tailored engagement plans, managing large deals, and driving successful solution adoption
- Engage directly with customers to understand their business needs, challenges, and opportunities, then design tailored solutions based on NVIDIA’s product portfolio
- Work closely with HCLTech’s technical teams and NVIDIA’s solution architects to develop end-to-end solutions that incorporate GPUs, AI/ML frameworks, and high-performance computing (HPC) technologies
- Conduct solution architecture sessions, technical workshops, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) with customers to validate joint offerings and accelerate adoption
- Guide customers through the entire solution lifecycle, from design and implementation to performance optimization and scaling
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development efforts and partner engagement
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership, both at HCLTech and NVIDIA, regarding sales pipeline status, progress against business development goals, and strategic partner activities
- Analyze sales performance and partner engagement data to continuously refine business development tactics and drive stronger results
Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partner ecosystem management within the technology or cloud computing industry
- Proven experience in developing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth, particularly in AI/ML, HPC, cloud computing, or related fields
- Familiarity with NVIDIA technologies such as GPUs, CUDA, Jetson, Deep Learning SDKs, Omniverse, and AI frameworks
- Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to influence key decision-makers in partner organizations
- Strong business acumen and the ability to develop customized business cases and ROI models to drive customer adoption of NVIDIA-powered solutions
- Proven experience in managing multiple complex partner relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving business results
- Strong experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies with technology partners
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns, sales enablement resources, and joint solutions with partners
- Experience with strategic account management and large-scale sales cycles, including C-level engagement
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and compelling manner
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive initiatives across multiple teams and geographies
- Good understanding of the key NVIDIA products and technologies
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and NVIDIA solutions
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a simple, clear, and effective manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
