[Remote] Finance Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Pediatrix Medical Group is one of the nation’s largest providers of prenatal, neonatal, and pediatric services. The Finance Manager will assist in the preparation of the Company’s annual budget process and develop monthly operational reporting, serving as a key liaison with various departments and senior management.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of the Company’s annual budget process
- Help lead the continued improvement and automation of the budget process
- Develop and produce all monthly financial reports
- Assist in the monthly close process – reviewing P&Ls, reclasses, accruals and variance analysis
- Assist AVP of operations in building proformas and compensation models
- Build key supporting reports for the regions and corporate departments
- Assist in the production and development of senior management reporting package
- Work closely with accounting to identify and solve issues during the monthly close process
- Assist in the development of quarterly forecasts and staffing model updates
- Liaison with many areas of the Company to provide timely support and proactive feedback on all issues
Skills
- 5+ years experience of financial analysis and budgeting – accounting related experience is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Strong working knowledge of Excel
- Experience with a budgeting system is needed – Oracle software experience is preferred
- Experience with an accounting system is preferred – Oracle software experience is a plus
