[Remote] Agiloft consultant

Remote role Full-time Open position

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. EROS Technologies Inc is seeking a seasoned Agiloft Developer to design, develop, configure, and optimize enterprise contract lifecycle management and workflow automation solutions using the Agiloft platform. The role involves building scalable and efficient solutions to improve operational efficiency and governance across enterprise processes.

Responsibilities

  • Design and configure Agiloft CLM solutions aligned with business requirements
  • Build and maintain workflows, rules, and automation logic in Agiloft
  • Develop integrations between Agiloft and enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Customize UI, forms, and reports in Agiloft platform
  • Implement approval workflows, notifications, and escalation rules
  • Troubleshoot issues in workflows, scripts, and integrations
  • Optimize system performance and ensure scalability
  • Work with business teams to translate requirements into system design
  • Maintain documentation of configurations and solutions

Skills

  • Agiloft Configuration (Tables, Rules, Actions, UI design)
  • Workflow automation & Business Process Management (BPM)
  • Java / JavaScript (for Agiloft scripting extensions)
  • REST API / Web Services integration
  • SQL & relational databases
  • Enterprise application integration
  • 3+ years of hands-on development experience in Agiloft CLM platform
  • 3+ years of experience in Agiloft configuration (Tables, Fields, Forms, Knowledge Bases)
  • Design and configure Agiloft CLM solutions aligned with business requirements
  • Build and maintain workflows, rules, and automation logic in Agiloft
  • Develop integrations between Agiloft and enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Customize UI, forms, and reports in Agiloft platform
