[Remote] Senior Developer Program Manager, AWS Developer Experience
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Amazon Web Services (AWS) is the world's most comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud platform. They are seeking a Senior Developer Program Manager to drive operational rigor and strategic alignment across AWS Developer Relations, managing cross-functional workstreams and coordinating with service teams to shape technical content for developers.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive cross-team workstreams spanning DevRel, service teams, docs, and marketing, tracking commitments and removing blockers
- Translate DevRel's work into strategic narratives for senior leadership audiences
- Build and maintain the operating cadence — reporting, tracking, prioritization
- Coordinate with service teams on developer marketing and feedback loops
- Identify what's working and what's not across the org using data, then recommend changes
Skills
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
