[Remote] NetSuite Implementation Consultant – Advanced Projects / SuiteProjects / SuiteSuccess

Staffworxs is a company that powers transformation through their Digital & Data Analytics practice, and they are seeking an experienced NetSuite Implementation Consultant. The role involves leading end-to-end NetSuite implementations, gathering business requirements, and supporting clients through deployment and post-go-live activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle NetSuite implementations from discovery through go-live and hypercare support
- Conduct requirements gathering workshops, business process analysis, fit-gap assessments, and solution design sessions
- Configure and implement NetSuite Advanced Projects, SuiteProjects/OpenAir, and SuiteSuccess methodologies
- Design and configure: Project Management, Resource Management, Project Accounting, Time & Expense Management, Project Billing, Revenue Recognition, Budgeting & Forecasting, Utilization Tracking, Project Profitability Reporting
- Configure project lifecycle processes including: Project Creation, Task Management, Resource Allocation, Time Entry, Expense Reporting, Milestone Billing, Fixed Fee & T&M Billing, Revenue Recognition
- Integrate NetSuite with third-party systems including CRM, HRIS, Payroll, PSA, and ERP applications
- Perform data migration activities including data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation
- Develop functional specifications and work with technical teams on SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, integrations, and customizations
- Support SIT, UAT, training, cutover planning, and production deployment
- Provide post-implementation support and process optimization recommendations
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders, project managers, finance teams, and business users
Skills
- 5+ years of NetSuite consulting/implementation experience
- 2+ full lifecycle NetSuite implementations
- Strong hands-on experience with: NetSuite Advanced Projects
- Strong hands-on experience with: SuiteProjects / OpenAir
- Strong hands-on experience with: SuiteSuccess
- Experience with: Project Accounting
- Experience with: Professional Services Automation (PSA)
- Experience with: Resource Management
- Experience with: Time & Expense Management
- Experience with: Revenue Recognition
- Experience with: Financial Management
- Strong understanding of: Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Strong understanding of: Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Strong understanding of: Record-to-Report (R2R)
- Strong understanding of: Project-to-Cash (P2C)
- Experience with SuiteAnalytics reporting and dashboards
- Knowledge of NetSuite workflows, saved searches, and role-based security
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting skills
