The role involves leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to develop scalable solutions and requires collaboration with various teams to address business challenges.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End AI/ML Development
- Design, build, train, validate, deploy, and monitor production-ready machine learning models
- Ensure model performance, reliability, and accuracy in live operational environments
- AI Agents & Workflow Automation
- Design and deploy AI agents that automate complex, multi-step operational workflows and decision-making processes
- Build and scale agentic workflows and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions
- Operational Automation & Optimization
- Automate repetitive operational workflows, reporting processes, and decision-support systems
- Deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, productivity, and cost reduction
- Data Engineering & Pipeline Development
- Build robust ETL and data pipelines to ingest, clean, transform, and process structured and unstructured datasets
- Work with operational data sources, including inventory, routing, labor, and service events
- Systems Integration
- Integrate AI tools and predictive models with warehouse, logistics, and operational software systems
- Rapidly prototype solutions that generate immediate business impact
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Operations, Finance, Facilities, Procurement, and IT teams to identify business challenges and develop AI-driven solutions
- Create decision-support dashboards and communicate technical insights to stakeholders

- Ensure responsible AI deployment through rigorous model validation, documentation, risk mitigation, bias reduction, data governance, and security practices

Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python (primary development language)
- Advanced SQL skills with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MySQL
- Experience with Git version control
- Hands-on experience with agentic workflows and RAG solutions using tools such as Gemini Enterprise, n8n, LangChain
- Data Processing: Pandas, NumPy
- Machine Learning: Scikit-learn, XGBoost
- Data Visualization: Matplotlib, Plotly, Seaborn
- Automation & APIs: FastAPI, Flask
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or advanced analytics
