[Remote] Marketing Specialist

SUMMA TALENTO is seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role involves implementing campaigns, analyzing performance, and optimizing marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Support brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention initiatives
- Create and manage marketing content including social media posts, email campaigns, website content, brochures, and promotional materials
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, customer engagement, and marketing KPIs
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights studies to identify opportunities and trends
- Assist in managing social media platforms and online community engagement
- Coordinate marketing events, webinars, exhibitions, and promotional activities
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, sales teams, and external vendors to execute marketing projects
- Support SEO, SEM, email marketing, and digital advertising initiatives
- Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations based on campaign performance and marketing data
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and customer touchpoints
- Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging marketing technologies
Skills
- Experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, advertising, or related fields is preferred
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign management, and brand development
- Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, or email marketing platforms is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred
