[Remote] Application Analysts – Remote
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for an Application Analysts – Remote for their premier client. The role involves administering the Planview Enterprise Architecture platform, managing application portfolio data, and collaborating with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate application information.
Responsibilities
- Generate reports and maintain documentation utilizing Microsoft Office tools, including Excel
- Recommend process improvements and provide ongoing feedback regarding inventory governance and data quality
- Work independently to prioritize tasks and manage assigned workload
Skills
- Experience working with enterprise applications, application inventory management, enterprise architecture, CMDB, IT asset management, or related disciplines
- Administer and maintain the Planview Enterprise Architecture (PEA) platform and application inventory repository
- Manage application portfolio data, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and current
- Partner with IT teams, application owners, and business stakeholders to collect, validate, and update application information
- Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to identify missing, inaccurate, or outdated application records
- Generate reports and maintain documentation utilizing Microsoft Office tools, including Excel
- Recommend process improvements and provide ongoing feedback regarding inventory governance and data quality
- Work independently to prioritize tasks and manage assigned workload
- Experience administering or supporting Planview Enterprise Architecture (PEA) or similar enterprise architecture platforms
- Experience with application portfolio management or enterprise architecture initiatives
- Understanding software deployments, application lifecycle management, and version control concepts
- Experience supporting large enterprise environments with complex application portfolios
- Reporting and data analysis experience
