Why This Role Matters

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for claims adjusters from the nation’s leading insurers. Your role is critical in gathering accurate vehicle information for potential total‑loss claims, ensuring that the data flowing through our platform is precise, reliable, and actionable. By delivering exceptional service, you help accelerate claim resolutions, reduce friction for adjusters, and ultimately support policyholders in getting back on the road faster.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Call Management: Answer incoming calls from claims adjusters, establish rapport, and capture all required vehicle details for potential total‑loss claims.
  • Data Entry & Validation: Accurately input vehicle information into arenaflex’s claim management system, double‑checking for completeness and correctness.
  • Value Communication: Retrieve vehicle valuation data from the internal database and clearly convey the information to the caller.
  • Escalation & Collaboration: Identify cases that require additional research or specialist input and forward them to the appropriate internal department.
  • Performance Adherence: Meet or exceed established metrics for attendance, production volume, data quality, and overall call handling standards.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training sessions, stay current on product updates, and apply new knowledge to improve service delivery.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable).
  • 1–2 years of proven customer service experience, preferably in a call‑center or remote environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional phone presence.
  • Self‑motivated mindset with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Positive attitude and genuine desire to provide outstanding customer experiences.
  • Technical aptitude – comfortable navigating multiple software applications, dual monitors, and web‑based tools.
  • Quiet, professional home office environment free from distractions.
  • High‑speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 15 Mbps upload) via DSL or cable (non‑cellular).

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous exposure to the insurance or automotive industry (not required, but advantageous).
  • Familiarity with claims processing terminology and vehicle identification numbers (VINs).
  • Experience using CRM or ticketing platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of AI‑driven analytics and how they impact insurance workflows.
