Role Overview – Your Day as a Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the friendly face that greets every guest, the reliable cashier who ensures smooth transactions, and the proactive team member who helps maintain a clean, inviting store environment.   • Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash, credit, and digital payments with accuracy.
  • Provide knowledgeable product recommendations and upsell items that meet customer needs.
  • Assist with the in‑store food program, ensuring food safety standards and quick service.
  • Maintain store appearance by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and keeping aisles tidy.
  • Collaborate with teammates to execute daily tasks, from merchandising to inventory checks.
  • Deliver fast, friendly service while adhering to arenaflex’s high standards for guest satisfaction.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on product knowledge and service techniques.
  • Provide reliable, predictable onsite attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted).
  • Previous retail or customer‑service experience, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Push or pull objects with a force of up to 20 lb using arms.
  • Bend at the waist with occasional twisting for up to one hour per shift.
  • Use hand‑eye coordination for tasks such as stocking shelves, handling signage, and occasional ladder work.
