Job Title: Fractional CFO (Remote) – Financial Strategy, Cash Flow, and Growth Infrastructure Company: Augustin Holdings Inc. We operate multiple business verticals across mindset training (Stepper’s Academy), boxing promotions and live events (KC Promotions LLC), and content monetization platforms spanning three websites. Our business model includes a suite of high-ticket digital products, automated funnels, paid traffic, fan automation, and a multi-year roadmap of live branded shows and licensing opportunities. --- What We’re Looking For: We are hiring a Fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee all financial strategy, infrastructure, forecasting, and cash flow management. This role is critical to maximizing profitability across digital sales, live events, and media monetization. You’ll be responsible for building the financial engine that supports scale, clarity, and high-growth decision-making — across all three company brands and product lines. This is not a passive reporting role — you’ll work directly with the CEO and be expected to take ownership of all financial systems, cash strategies, and bottom-line accountability. --- Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain full financial architecture across Augustin Holdings Inc. and all sub-brands - Monitor cash flow daily, weekly, monthly across revenue sources and expenses - Forecast earnings across digital products, course sales, subscriptions, and live event revenue - Construct and manage budgets for product launches, ad spend, funnel development, and show production - Create financial models for all revenue verticals: digital shop, Stepper’s Academy, challenge programs, private podcast, events - Oversee P&L statements, balance sheets, tax planning, and internal controls - Audit vendor expenses, subscription tools, software costs, and team payroll structure - Prepare the company for possible funding, partnerships, and growth capital if required - Advise on pricing, margin optimization, and scalable profit structure across all products - Integrate dashboards for real-time KPI tracking and performance management --- You’ll Oversee Financial Systems for: - Stepper’s Academy course tiers and upsells - 6–8 events per year roadmap of live fight shows and media events - 3 active websites (thebiggeststepper.co, unstoppablemindset.co, augustinholdingsinc.com) - Digital products: planners, workbooks, challenges, audio libraries, podcast subscriptions - Affiliate payouts, partnership revenue splits, and licensing deals Must Have: - Proven experience as a CFO, Controller, or Financial Strategist in a digital business, creator brand, or media startup - Strong background in building financial systems for productized brands and multi-channel income models - Experience managing cash flow and forecasts across high-ticket digital offers, subscriptions, and events - Comfort with remote tools and managing multiple moving parts with minimal team infrastructure - Ability to translate complex financial data into action-based reporting for leadership --- Compensation: Part-time fractional role with base rate + performance-based bonus structure negotiable based on experience and scope. --- How to Apply: Submit a 1-page brief outlining your experience in managing digital businesses, building lean financial systems, and scaling profitability.
