Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing projects and manage timelines
- Prepare content and collateral for campaigns
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and are on time
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to ensure a cohesive strategy
Skills
- A strong communicator with excellent writing, editing, and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, resourceful attitude and enjoy finding creative solutions to challenges
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Experience with Canva and Asana is a strong asset
- Team player who is comfortable working independently and within a growing global team
- Excellent communication skills allow you to liaise effectively with colleagues across multiple countries and time zones
- Passionate about travel, storytelling, and helping to bring unforgettable adventures to life
- Familiarity with the US and Canadian consumer markets
