What You Will Be Doing Every Day

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as the first point of contact for our diverse customer base, handling inquiries across multiple communication channels.   • Answer inbound calls, emails, and live chat messages from customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring each interaction is handled with care and attention to detail.
  • Professionally respond to a wide range of customer inquiries, providing accurate information, thoughtful guidance, and effective solutions to questions or concerns.
  • Identify, escalate, and report priority issues to high-level management when necessary, demonstrating sound judgment and a clear understanding of when to involve additional resources.
  • Follow up on complicated customer interactions as required, ensuring that no customer concern is left unresolved and that every loop is closed with clear communication.
  • Record detailed notes from every customer interaction with proficiency and accuracy in our CRM system, maintaining high data quality standards for the benefit of the entire team.
  • Develop meaningful rapport with customers by approaching every conversation with an upbeat, positive, and empathetic attitude that leaves a lasting impression.
  • Offer solutions, not excuses—taking ownership of customer issues, thinking creatively, and going the extra mile to exceed expectations.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need a combination of foundational technical skills and a customer-first mindset. Here is what we are looking for:

  • Preferred: At least 1 year of customer service-related experience in a professional setting.
  • Preferred: At least 1 year of call center experience, ideally handling inbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
  • Required: Basic computer literacy, including the ability to navigate multiple systems, type at 30+ words per minute, copy and paste efficiently, and manage multiple browser tabs simultaneously.
  • Required: Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills in written English communication.
  • Required: Residency in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah.
  • Bonus: Experience with CRM platforms, live chat tools, or remote work technology is a plus.
