Build a Rewarding Career in Member Service Excellence at arenaflex

Are you a natural communicator who lights up when helping others? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where every conversation is an opportunity to make someone's day better? arenaflex, a trusted leader in membership services and customer advocacy, is hiring motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our award-winning Member Service Center. This entry-level trainee role is the perfect launching pad for individuals who are passionate about service, sales, and problem-solving, and who want to build a long-term career with an organization that genuinely invests in its people.

As a frontline representative, you will be the voice and personality of arenaflex, fielding inbound calls and digital inquiries from valued members. Beyond simply answering questions, you will resolve service requests, mediate complex situations, and proactively offer products and services that meet each member's unique needs. With the tools, training, and autonomy provided, you will have the opportunity to craft member-centric solutions that build loyalty, drive retention, and deliver the kind of legendary service arenaflex is known for.

Why Join arenaflex?

  • Industry-Leading Membership Organization: arenaflex serves millions of members nationwide and is recognized as a powerhouse in the membership services space, with a legacy built on trust, advocacy, and exceptional care.
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package: Outstanding medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, a pension plan, tuition assistance, wellness programs, and generous employee discounts on memberships, insurance, travel, entertainment, and more.
  • Paid Training and Real Growth: Begin with a structured, in-person training schedule (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, plus every other Saturday), and transition into a regular schedule of 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM with alternating Saturdays — all while earning $22 per hour starting.
  • Career Development Pathways: We are committed to promoting from within. Trainees who meet performance benchmarks during the 90-day training period unlock opportunities to specialize in additional business lines and advance into senior roles.
  • Community Engagement: Paid time off is provided for volunteer initiatives, allowing you to give back to causes that matter while being supported by your employer.

What You Will Do

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, no two days will look exactly the same. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Resolving Member Inquiries: Receive and respond to inbound member service requests via telephone and internet, successfully resolving issues related to memberships, billing, DMV registration fee calculations, and general account maintenance.
  • Proactive Selling and Product Promotion: Confidently offer and promote various arenaflex products and services that add value to members' lives, meeting individual sales and service goals.
  • Mediating Service Requests: Act as a trusted intermediary, listening carefully to member concerns, empathizing with their situations, and crafting solutions that align with company policy and member needs.
  • Making Policy Exceptions Within Guidelines: Exercise empowered decision-making from a Member Relationship Management (MRM) perspective, authorizing service-policy exceptions when appropriate to ensure member retention and satisfaction.
  • Cross-Training and Skill Expansion: Develop proficiency in at least two additional business lines within the Member Service Center, preparing you for future advancement and a well-rounded understanding of the organization.
  • Active Listening and Engagement: Demonstrate a "can-do" attitude in every interaction with members and fellow team members, fostering a collaborative and uplifting work environment.
  • Coaching and Development: Embrace ongoing training, coaching, and professional development opportunities that lead to positive career growth.

What You Will Need to Succeed

arenaflex is looking for individuals who bring energy, empathy, and a genuine desire to help. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer-facing role is required, whether in retail, hospitality, call center, or related environments.
  • Geographic Proximity: Must live within a 30-mile radius of the training location at 1225 S Freeport Pkwy, Coppell, TX 75019.
  • Outstanding Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and active listening abilities, with the capacity to type and navigate systems while engaging in meaningful conversation.
  • Multi-Tasking Mastery: Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, managing multiple systems and priorities simultaneously.
  • Computer Proficiency: Comfort with complex computer navigation, data entry, and learning new software platforms quickly.
  • Adaptability and Resilience: A flexible, "can-do" attitude that thrives in an ever-changing environment and embraces feedback as a tool for growth.
  • Educational Foundation: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Compliance Readiness: Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug test.

The Skills and Competencies That Set You Apart

Beyond the basics, the most successful representatives at arenaflex tend to demonstrate:

  • A magnetic, outgoing personality that naturally draws people in and builds rapport quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a forward-thinking mindset that goes beyond scripted transactions.
  • Emotional intelligence and the ability to remain calm and compassionate under pressure.
  • A member-first philosophy that prioritizes retention, satisfaction, and long-term relationship building.
  • Sales instinct with a consultative approach — you see opportunities to help, not just to sell.
  • Team-oriented energy that uplifts colleagues and contributes to a positive workplace culture.

Performance Expectations and Growth Path

Trainees in this role are expected to meet minimum performance goals and thresholds by the end of the 90-day training period.
