This is a 3rd shift, work-from-home opportunity open to candidates located in the United States, including Tennessee. Position Overview

As a Remote Overnight Customer Solutions Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the critical first point of contact for members in need of roadside assistance. Your primary responsibility will be to answer inbound calls, assess each member's unique situation, and coordinate the appropriate service by selecting and dispatching qualified service providers. You will use our proprietary technology platform to locate members, identify nearby providers, and ensure that help reaches them as quickly and efficiently as possible.

This role goes beyond simple call handling. You'll be expected to deliver empathetic customer care, provide follow-up communication, and maintain the highest standards of professionalism—even during the overnight hours when members are often at their most vulnerable. The position is ideal for individuals who are night owls, self-motivated, and capable of working independently from a remote home office setup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from members seeking roadside assistance, including services like tire changes, jump starts, fuel delivery, lockout assistance, and towing.
  • Ask targeted, essential questions to fully understand each member's situation, location, and specific needs.
  • Navigate the company computer system to input member information, verify identity, and identify the most appropriate service providers in the member's area.
  • Accurately collect and enter all required data related to both members and service providers into the dispatch platform.
  • Use professional communication etiquette and active listening skills to guide conversations, address concerns, and ensure a smooth dispatch experience.
  • Follow established scripts and protocols for various partner accounts and scenarios while maintaining a natural, conversational tone.
  • Demonstrate effective call control and de-escalation techniques when dealing with upset or frustrated members.
  • Consistently meet or exceed company performance standards, productivity goals, and quality metrics as assigned by management.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all member and account information in accordance with company policy.
  • Escalate complex or unusual issues to supervisors or management as needed.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook and operational guidelines.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Minimum of one year of call center or customer service experience, with demonstrated ability to handle high call volumes in a professional manner.
  • Excellent communication skills, including a professional, articulate voice and strong active listening abilities.
  • Proven ability to multi-task across multiple computer applications while typing quickly and accurately.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.

  • Experience working overnight, graveyard, or third-shift schedules.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting performance KPIs in a previous role.
