  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to recommend complementary products, premium services, and subscription options that enhance the customer experience and contribute to business growth.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Accurately log all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in arenaflex's proprietary CRM systems, providing valuable insights that inform continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluent verbal and written communication in English is required. Additional language proficiencies are a strong plus, especially Filipino dialects, Mandarin, or Spanish given our diverse customer base.
