Position Summary

The Part-Time Data Entry & Administrative Support Specialist at arenaflex is responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining information across our digital systems, while also supporting a variety of administrative and team-oriented tasks. This role plays an essential part in helping arenaflex run smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring that our records remain accurate, our processes remain efficient, and our workplace culture remains positive and productive.

Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of the arenaflex team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Accurately entering, updating, and verifying data into arenaflex’s proprietary systems, spreadsheets, and databases with a high degree of precision.
  • Reviewing source documents for completeness and accuracy before inputting information to ensure data integrity.
  • Completing all assigned data entry tasks within the turnaround times established by arenaflex leadership, maintaining consistent quality and speed.
  • Assisting in creating and maintaining a positive, professional, and safe workplace by following arenaflex policies, procedures, and conduct standards at all times.
  • Supporting team members by collaborating on shared projects, answering basic questions, and contributing to a friendly, cooperative work environment.
  • Communicating any inconsistencies, errors, or concerns to supervisors in a timely and professional manner.

Essential Qualifications
