[Remote] Federal Account Executive - AI Observability & Networking Start-up

StealthWatch is a rapidly growing AI Observability and networking start-up vendor that is transforming how organizations gain visibility and operational insight. They are seeking a Federal Account Executive to build and scale their presence within the U.S. Federal market, focusing on developing relationships and driving enterprise sales cycles.
Responsibilities
- Own and develop relationships across U.S. Federal agencies and related organizations
- Drive complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through to close
- Build and execute territory plans focused on long-term growth and pipeline generation
- Engage with executive stakeholders, procurement teams, and technical decision-makers
- Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to deliver successful outcomes
- Navigate Federal procurement processes, contract vehicles, and agency buying cycles
- Provide market intelligence and help influence product and go-to-market strategy
Skills
- Proven success selling enterprise software, infrastructure, networking, observability, or related technologies into Federal accounts
- Track record of consistently exceeding quota in complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments
- Experience managing large strategic opportunities with six and seven-figure deal values
- Strong understanding of Federal procurement and contracting processes
- Ability to build executive-level relationships and create new opportunities within assigned accounts
- Self-starter mentality with experience operating in high-growth or entrepreneurial environments
- Experience selling into agencies such as DoD, DHS, Intelligence Community, Civilian Agencies, or Federal Systems Integrators
