[Remote] Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Altify is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive to lead complex sales cycles and drive revenue growth within a named territory of large, strategic accounts. The role requires a consultative seller who can navigate enterprise buying processes, build executive-level relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that align with customer business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles by leveraging Altify’s own sales transformation platform and methodology to guide account planning, stakeholder alignment, and value-based engagement—focusing on deals exceeding $100K+ in ACV
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders, understanding their strategic priorities and aligning Altify’s solutions to deliver measurable business outcomes
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand footprint within existing customers and new enterprise target accounts to identify new opportunities
- Work closely with strategic partners such as Salesforce, tech partners, and SI’s to co-sell, align on joint value propositions, and drive customer success through integrated solutions
- Partner with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and deliver a seamless experience
- Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecast revenue, and report on key metrics using CRM tools
- Represent Altify at industry events, webinars, and customer meetings as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of exceeding quota
- Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and long sales timelines
- Strong understanding of strategic account planning and value-based selling methodologies
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools
- Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed
- Exceptional curiosity and communication skills
- AI fluency and willingness to expand knowledge
- Familiarity with Target Account Selling, as well as other enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDICC and Challenger
- Experience selling to Fortune 500 companies or within verticals such as high tech, business services, finance, or manufacturing
- Background in sales transformation, revenue operations, or customer success platforms
