[Remote] Sales and Marketing Specialist

Streets2Schools, Inc is a virtual behavioral health program provider dedicated to empowering individuals through transformative programs. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will support agency relationships, manage communication, and ensure efficient referral processes, playing a crucial role in the outreach team.
Responsibilities
- Serve as first point of contact for all inbound calls: agencies, probation officers, social workers, community partners
- Triage, log, and route calls to the correct team member with accurate notes and context
- Handle routine phone inquiries professionally and independently
- Monitor and triage Streets2Schools’ primary company inbox throughout your entire shift
- Route inbound referrals to the intake team promptly with complete and accurate documentation
- Identify and flag high-value partnership opportunities to Marketing Coordinator immediately, same day and same hour
- Handle routine inquiries with professional, on-brand copywriting, independently, without needing direction on every response
- Maintain inbox organization so nothing falls through the cracks during shift hours
- Create and configure new officer accounts in the Streets2Schools CCM real-time reporting portal
- Email account credentials and clear onboarding instructions to probation officers, social workers, and agency contacts
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of portal users organized by agency and county
- Troubleshoot basic access issues; escalate technical problems with full context
- Send referral intake forms to agency contacts on behalf of the Marketing Coordinator
- Nurture warm referral contacts through timely, professional follow-up and keeping momentum without being pushy
- Coordinate with the intake team to confirm referral receipt and track status
- Document referral activity and proactively flag stalled pipelines to the Marketing Coordinator
- Own and maintain Streets2Schools’ library of outreach materials, one-pagers, and program collateral
- Keep all materials accurate, current, and presentation-ready at all times
- Flag outdated or missing materials and draft updates for Coordinator review
- Conduct pre-meeting research on county agencies, key contacts, and organizational context before Marketing Coordinator's calls
- Draft professional follow-up emails after partner meetings for Marketing Coordinator's review and light editing
- Assist with preparation of outreach summaries and supporting documentation as needed
- Support administration of the elite Graduate Group program, including participant communications, invitations, scheduling, attendance tracking, recognition activities, and related operational tasks

- Are comfortable on the phone with professionals in social services, law enforcement, or healthcare-adjacent fields
- Work independently and take full ownership of your shift without needing check-ins
- Have an eye for keeping materials organized and presentation-ready
- Care about the mission and want to understand how your work connects to client outcomes
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, operations, marketing, or customer-facing role
- Strong written communication skills and ability to draft professional correspondence independently
- Comfortable learning new web-based platforms and software tools quickly
- Experience in healthcare, social services, nonprofit, or government-adjacent organizations is a plus
