About the Role

As a Trader Administrations Group Captain at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in our Merchant Services department. You will report to our Dealer Administrations Manager and work closely with the Inbound Enactments group in our Shipper Administrations association. Your primary responsibility will be to provide leadership and support to your colleagues, ensuring that they have the tools and resources needed to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide mentorship to colleagues to help improve their overall performance on all metrics
• Demonstrate creativity and commitment to making moves to advance a positive work environment
• Be an student of the business: seek out ways to grow and learn about the industry
• Make a positive impact on client experience by inspiring the team to provide excellent customer support and making it easy for Shippers to work with us
• Identify ways to improve and implement projects to increase productivity and quality
• Respond to and address escalations complaints from clients and employees

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about customer service and support. To be successful in this role, you should have:

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 2+ years of experience in an office environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Knowledge of customer service software and technology
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
