[Remote] Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Rep2x is a fast-growing healthcare technology company serving the senior care and adult daycare market. They are seeking an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle, engage prospective customers, and help evaluate technology solutions for operational challenges in the senior care space.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research prospective customers through outbound outreach, referrals, events, and inbound inquiries
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs, qualify opportunities, and tailor solutions
- Present and demonstrate the value of the platform to senior care and adult daycare operators
- Create compelling proposals aligned to each prospect’s business needs
- Negotiate and close new business
- Build strong relationships with prospects and customers as a trusted advisor
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to share customer feedback and improve the sales motion
- Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and opportunity records in the CRM
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Skills
- 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and full-cycle sales ownership
- Strong discovery, communication, and objection-handling skills
- Experience using CRM and sales technology tools
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize effectively
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in an early-stage environment
- Experience selling into healthcare, senior care, healthcare SaaS, technology, or software strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
