[Remote] Marketing And Business Development Coordinator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Eskow Law Group is a boutique healthcare-focused law firm providing strategic legal counsel to healthcare businesses nationwide. They are seeking a skilled Marketing and Business Development Coordinator to lead the firm's marketing efforts, develop strategic initiatives, and enhance the firm's visibility and client acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the firm's overall marketing and business development strategy to support growth objectives
- Manage and execute the firm's digital marketing efforts, including social media management, website updates, email marketing campaigns, search engine optimization (SEO), and online advertising initiatives
- Create, coordinate, and oversee the development of marketing content, including newsletters, client alerts, attorney biographies, practice area descriptions, articles, presentations, and other thought leadership materials
- Coordinate graphic design and branding initiatives to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and platforms
- Support firm leadership with conferences, webinars, speaking engagements, sponsorships, networking events, and other business development activities designed to increase the firm's visibility and generate new business opportunities
- Collaborate with attorneys to identify business development opportunities, support client outreach efforts, and strengthen referral relationships
- CRM data entry and tracking marketing and business development activities, leads, referral sources, and campaign performance within the firm’s CRM
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and developments within the healthcare and legal sectors to identify growth opportunities
- Track and analyze key marketing and business development metrics and provide recommendations to improve performance and return on investment
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the firm's strategic growth initiatives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
- 1-2 years of marketing and business development experience, preferably within a professional services firm or other relationship-driven industry
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing marketing campaigns and business development initiatives that generate measurable results
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, CRM systems, website management, and digital marketing best practices
- Experience coordinating events, conferences, webinars, and business development activities
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of both strategy and execution
- Experience in healthcare, legal, accounting, consulting, or other professional services industries
