[Remote] Software Engineer IV

The Software Engineer IV provides strategic, technical, and architectural expertise to software development projects, working independently to design and develop new software products and enhancements, while collaborating with Enterprise Architects and Project Management.
Responsibilities
- Designs, modifies, develops, and implements IT software architecture solutions
- Effectively plans and manages assignments spanning multiple complex projects
- Drives technical and procedural change relative to best practices in software development
- Champion and integrate AI-assisted development practices, including Agentic development, to enhance efficiency and product quality
- Builds teams as necessary to solve problems by taking ownership and mentoring developers in finding solutions
Skills
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering or related field required with 10+ years' experience in this field or MS in Computer Science with 6+ years' experience in this field required
- Experienced in all phases of the software development lifecycle with a clear understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
- Required familiarity with navigation and management within the Azure Cloud portal and experience with Kubernetes clusters
- Advanced technical proficiency working with the core tech stack: .Net, Angular, and SQL
- Demonstrated ability to lead large projects, build teams, and solve highly complex programming problems
