[Remote] Attorney, Enterprise Sales

The role of Attorney, Enterprise Sales involves providing legal counsel to the Enterprise Sales organization, managing complex customer transactions, and partnering with business leaders to support revenue growth while mitigating risks.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end negotiation of enterprise agreements (e.g., MSAs, SOWs, and other customized commercial terms) from redline through execution
- Advise business stakeholders on contract terms, risk, and deal strategy to enable informed decisions
- Structure complex transactions, aligning legal frameworks with commercial objectives to support deal execution
- Identify key legal and business risks across customer deals, and communicate clear, actionable recommendations
- Partner cross-functionally (compliance, regulatory, IP, product, international teams) to support enterprise sales and GTM strategies
- Develop and refine contract templates, playbooks, and scalable processes to streamline deal cycles
Skills
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- Active license in good standing to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Law firm and/or in-house experience
- Strong drafting and communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, practical legal guidance to business stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of matters and competing priorities, with strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Sound business judgment and ability to balance legal risk with commercial objectives
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach with strong stakeholder partnership skills
- Experience in negotiating commercial terms
- Interest in emerging technologies and digital infrastructure
