They are seeking a Senior Recruiter who will consult with hiring managers, source candidates, and secure new business opportunities to help grow their staffing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Consult hiring managers to identify and shape staffing needs
- Identify and source qualified candidates through direct calling, LinkedIn, and your own network
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with hiring companies through targeted email, direct calling, and referral marketing efforts
- Conduct in depth interviews to qualify skills and job fit
- Creatively utilize social media to grow your network and attract top candidates
Skills
- Demonstrated experience networking, engaging people, selling, and creating opportunity through your own efforts
- Established track record of sales success in a corporate environment
- Strong desire to grow professionally, personally, and financially
- Unflappable personal and professional integrity
- Team player, collaborative, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
