[Remote] Founding Business Operations & Growth

Overjoy is a company focused on building Sales AI for B2B commerce, aiming to enhance sales teams with modern software and AI solutions. They are seeking a founding business generalist to develop systems for growth and operations, working closely with the founder on strategic projects and scaling the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Strategic projects: market research, expansion experiments, pricing analysis, and partner programs
- Growth strategy: scope and run new growth bets end to end, from idea to a measured outcome
- Sales team scaling: the systems that help the sales team sell more, from pipeline reporting and lead routing to outbound and sales process
- Operations & process: the systems that keep the company running, from onboarding and customer workflows to dashboards, documentation, and hiring coordination
Skills
- Experience working with internal operations and process building
- Comfortable running zero-to-one growth projects
- Ability to take an ambiguous problem in and return a solution, or a clear plan plus the right questions
- Ownership of outcomes, not a scoped lane
- Prior founding, BizOps, RevOps, chief-of-staff, or early-stage generalist role where you owned outcomes
- A track record of building something new from scratch
