[Remote] PH-ORT-Technical Analyst – Diagnostic & Operational Technologies

They are seeking a Technical Analyst – Diagnostic to join an Agile team, focusing on building healthcare applications and implementing new features while maintaining high coding standards.
Responsibilities
- Support and troubleshoot diagnostic imaging and ancillary applications
- Perform testing, validation, and minor upgrade/project activities
- Monitor and troubleshoot HL7 interfaces and data flow issues
- Support DICOM workflows and imaging interoperability
- Maintain application configurations, access, templates, and security settings
- Troubleshoot operational issues impacting diagnostic workflows and data availability
- Support data extracts, loads, mappings, and validation activities
- Document system configurations, issues, and resolutions
- Provide technical support to clinical and operational users
- Collaborate with infrastructure, integration, and Epic Radiant teams
Skills
- 10+ Years of experience
- Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc
- Mandatory skills: Diagnostic imaging, Healthcare
- Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable
