Key Responsibilities

Character Design & Development

• Create expressive, dynamic, and unique character illustrations for use in games, animations, or storyboards.
• Translate briefs and concepts into stylized, consistent visual characters that align with project narratives.
• Develop turnaround sheets, facial expression charts, and pose studies to aid animators and designers.

Collaboration & Feedback

• Work closely with art directors, narrative designers, and project leads to ensure character designs align with storytelling objectives.
• Participate in design critiques and team meetings, contributing openly and respectfully.
• Adapt character illustrations based on constructive feedback while preserving the original vision and style.

Workflow & Asset Management

• Maintain organized digital asset libraries using tools like Figma or Adobe Bridge.
• Prepare illustration files optimized for various platforms, ensuring consistent quality across formats.
• Work in agile environments and track progress using remote project management tools.
