Responsibilities

• Develop core messaging frameworks (what, why, how) for Total Rewards programs
• Write high-quality program communications, including employee emails, announcements, and manager guidance
• Create manager toolkits and talking points to support effective cascade communications
• Ensure messaging consistency across all touchpoints, channels, and global markets
• Partner with project managers and creative teams to bring communication strategies and narratives to life
• Translate and simplify complex topics such as benefits, compensation, performance, and development into clear, engaging content

Skills

• Experience supporting HR, Total Rewards, or internal communications for large organizations
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on content development
• Strong sense of ownership and pride in delivering high-quality, impactful communications
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves to support the broader team
• Strong storytelling and executive writing skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences
