Manager, Operational Excellence – Provider Operations

Remote role Full-time Open position

Job Description:

Support the end-to-end design and evolution of Provider Operations workflows
Define and standardize how work gets done across the Provider Growth organization
Define and lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives
Set direction, align stakeholders, and ensure scalable implementation
Translate operational needs into scalable system and tooling improvements
Drive a culture of operational excellence by standardizing processes, documentation, and best practices
Identify systemic inefficiencies and design solutions across people, process, and technology to improve scalability, consistency, and provider experience

Requirements:

4+ years of proven experience using analytics to solve complex business or operational problems across multiple teams
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a quantitative field
Exceptional problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering high-impact results
Ability to define and drive long-term strategy while balancing immediate operational needs
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Sheets, SQL, BI tools)
Strong experience gathering requirements and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders
Ability to clearly articulate strategy, frameworks, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation
Thrives in ambiguity and can operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
