Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist, you will play an integral role in representing arenaflex and delivering service that exceeds expectations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the First Point of Contact: Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and ticketing systems in a professional, timely, and courteous manner. You will be the friendly face (and voice) of arenaflex for every customer interaction.
