We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our growing Content Operations team. Position Overview

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of our expansive content library. Working with cutting-edge content management systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams including content acquisition, metadata operations, quality assurance, and editorial, you will ensure that every title, episode, description, and attribute is properly recorded and consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Input, update, and maintain comprehensive data related to arenaflex's content library—including titles, episode information, metadata, synopses, genre classifications, language tags, and runtime details—with exceptional precision and efficiency.
  • Process high volumes of data entries daily while maintaining consistently high accuracy rates that meet or exceed established quality benchmarks.
  • Organize and structure content information in a way that supports seamless retrieval, search functionality, and downstream operational use.

Quality Assurance and Verification

  • Review and verify the accuracy of existing data entries to maintain the highest quality standards across the content ecosystem.
  • Conduct routine audits of content databases to identify inconsistencies, missing information, or outdated records that require correction or refresh.
  • Implement quality control checkpoints throughout the data entry lifecycle to proactively catch errors before they propagate into production systems.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with content operations, editorial, metadata, engineering, and quality assurance teams to ensure data consistency and completeness across the platform.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify data requirements, resolve ambiguities, and align on data entry standards.
  • Provide timely feedback to team leads regarding workflow inefficiencies, recurring data quality issues, or opportunities for process improvement.

Error Identification and Resolution

  • Proactively identify, investigate, and rectify data discrepancies, errors, or anomalies within the content management system.
  • Document all corrections, adjustments, and data updates in accordance with internal audit and compliance protocols.
  • Escalate complex data issues to senior team members or supervisors as needed, providing thorough context and supporting documentation.

Confidentiality and Data Security

  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary content information, unreleased titles, subscriber data, and internal business operations.

  • Follow established procedures for handling sensitive information and ensure all data interactions are logged and auditable.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • Educational Background: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education, certification, or formal training in data entry, information management, library science, business administration, or a related field is a strong plus.
  • Professional Experience: Proven prior experience in data entry, content management, administrative support, or a similar role where accuracy and attention to detail were paramount. Experience in the entertainment, media, publishing, or e-commerce industry is highly desirable.
