What You Will Do in This Role

As a Remote Property and Casualty Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality service and insurance solutions to customers across the United States. Working from the comfort of your home office, your responsibilities will include:

  • Active Listening and Needs Assessment: Engage with customers through phone, chat, or digital channels, actively listening to their concerns and asking thoughtful questions to fully understand their unique insurance needs.
  • Plan Advisory and Recommendations: Provide expert guidance on available plan options, coverage levels, and pricing structures, helping customers make informed decisions that align with their personal circumstances and risk profiles.
  • Policy Processing and Administration: Accurately process new policy applications, amendments, renewals, and cancellations while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Authentic Customer Engagement: Consistently deliver authentic, personalized experiences that build trust, foster loyalty, and exceed customer expectations at every touchpoint.
  • Expert Issue Resolution: Handle inquiries, complaints, and complex service issues with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-oriented mindset, ensuring every customer interaction ends on a positive note.

Your Qualifications and Skills for Success

The following qualifications are required for this role:

Essential Requirements

  • Active P&C Insurance License: You must hold an active resident license to sell Property and Casualty insurance in your state of residence. (This is a mandatory requirement for this position.)
  • U.S. Residency: You must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence, as this role supports U.S.-based customers.
  • Educational Background: A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required. Bilingual candidates fluent in both Spanish and English are strongly encouraged to apply and will receive a competitive bilingual differential.
  • Background and Drug Screening: Ability to successfully pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
  • Legal Authorization to Work: In accordance with federal law, only applicants who are legally authorized to work in the United States will be considered for this position.
