Marketing Coordinator

Remote role Full-time Open position

New American Funding is a company seeking a Marketing Coordinator for their regional marketing team. The role involves supporting Loan Officers with marketing initiatives, managing onboarding for new hires, and executing various marketing tasks across digital and print platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Works closely with Divisional Marketing Manager to coordinate and manage marketing project requests from stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of materials and campaigns through internal and external collaboration
  • Assists in writing, design, and assemble of marketing and communication collaterals
  • Manage the marketing onboarding for new hires, providing resources, training, and exceptional support for a smooth transition
  • Execute various marketing tasks, including social media design, print design, email creation, and event planning support
  • Assist with local studio video support and calendar management
  • CRM assistance with databases, content and campaigns
  • Assist in coordinating various external marketing and internal communication activities
  • Branch social media management for select branches
  • Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorm initiatives
  • Other duties may be assigned

Skills

  • Experience with marketing methodologies and event planning
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to meet deadlines and department performance standards
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Canva design
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintaining fast-paced workflow
  • Knowledge of all social networking platforms
  • Thorough knowledge of top social media platforms, Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn
  • Creative with an eye for detail and design
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years' experience in marketing
  • Mortgage industry experience is a plus but not required
  • Must be able to lift up to ten pounds
  • Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S
