Responsibilities

As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat, you will be the face of arenaflex, engaging with customers via online chat and providing them with accurate information about our products and services. Your goal will be to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat
  • Providing accurate information about the products and services via online chat
  • Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments
  • Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (preferred but not necessary)
  • Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills
  • Strong ability to multitask (gaming experience is a plus!)
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to:

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be able to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
  • Be available to work 4-hour time blocks daily
  • Attend 5 weeks of training Monday – Friday from 4PM – 8PM
  • Be flexible with scheduling after completion of training
  • Be able to work a minimum of 16+ hours per week
  • Be able to type at least 35 WPM (40 and above is preferred)
  • Possess a positive and professional demeanor
