The Role

arenaflex is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers via phone and email. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer support challenges in a time-critical environment, using problem-solving strategies to communicate solutions verbally and/or in writing.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Resolve customer support challenges in a time-critical environment using problem-solving strategies

  • Manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Analyze customer problems and communicate solutions verbally and/or in writing timely
  • Answer high volumes of incoming requests professionally and quickly, demonstrating appropriate etiquette
  • Provide general administrative support when needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Knowledge and Skills

* Experience using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access) or similar software

  • Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree) - Preferred
  • Customer Service experience - Preferred
  • Clerical Support experience - Preferred
  • Strong technology, analytical, oral, and written communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
